Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement if possible or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
